Sayl Resto releases overview


Sayl Resto evolves fast. To keep track with all the changes and often new functionalities, you can find on this page all the updates we are doing.

  • Loyalty implementation: Your clients can now be rewarded with Loyalty points after they did an order.This will help you to turn them into recurrent clients. Contact us if you would like this to be set up for you.

  • Automatic SMS and e-mails: SAYL cloud can be integrated with other platforms. We now support connections with the e-mail provider Sendgrid and SMS service Nexmo. You could for example sent an SMS to your customer if an order progresses in your kitchen to "ready for pickup". As we capture all incoming events on Ask Emma, this opens ofcourse an enormous amount of possibilities to set up automatic segmented customer interactions. For more info, get in touch.

  • FB pixel integration: we already supported Google Analytics, and now also allow FB pixel to be linked to the platform. Just insert the facebook pixel code in the applicable field in the storefront section.

  • Banner & images rework: we improved the way banners & pictures get shown. Banners are clickable on the webshop, while the pictures are outlined better.We advise to use a 816x459 format for banners. Banners now also support the GIF format.

  • Visual update SAYL cloud platform: manoeuvring around the platform got even easier thanks to this update. We improved some sections like storefront and CMS, were you will find now a more logical structure. Users with a master-sub account structure can still easily switch between their accounts thanks to the left corner button.

  • Vouchers on product level: It is now possible to link vouchers to a specific product or product tag.

  • Paypal integration.

  • Better social media sharing options of the Ask Emma URL.
